Come with us to that place which is strange yet familiar

Again, we ask you, what is it that you truly want? This isn't a casual question. It is something you will think about more and more in the coming days. This is because your higher selves are becoming aware of the possibilities that are opening up to you all. This is not a time to live in fear and solitude. You must not hide behind the negative words that currently fill your airwaves and newspapers. Do not succumb to the power of negativity, because you lower your own vibration. Not only that but you slow down your own progress and give your power away.

Beloved ones, look deep within the abyss of your minds and beyond if you are able to. You will find a place that is strange yet familiar. A place where you think you have been before but which unsettles you. Find this place within yourselves and sit in an area that feels comfortable to you. We ask you to open your minds and hearts to us, to God, to the light; for you at your soul level, know that we are all one and the same. In this sacred place open your hearts and minds to us. Call us in and imagine being bathed in a warm gentle light from head to toe. The light is golden, it warms your body and removes the heaviness from within you. Feel it washing over you and feel all the negativity and heaviness melt into the light, so that it becomes part of it.

Breathe in the warm golden light. Feel it travel into your lungs and expand into a golden orb in your heart chakra. Let this orb grow within you. As it gets brighter it fills every cell within you. It spreads into your arms and legs. It fills your head. The golden orb covers you both inside and out. Imagine you and the orb as one. Imagine the love, light, hope and security you feel within and around you. You and the light are one. Now imagine yourself projecting this light from your body to the world. Ask the light to engulf all that is dear to you and bring cleansing and happiness. You have become a beacon of shining white light. Feel the energy of the light, of your higher self as it projects the light to friends, families, communities, situations, old hurts, new dreams and so much more. Imagine yourself being healed, forgiven and full of so much hope that you think you are going to burst from happiness! Let these feelings wash over you. Take all you want from this sacred and familiar place. Become the light. Look beyond into what you truly desire from your life. If unsure, then ask us and we will guide you to find the answers. Take your fill from the golden orb and then release it from your heart chakra back into the sky.

Breathe deeply and come back within yourselves. Enjoy the moment. Enjoy the silence, the hope, peace and love you now feel. Feel the love and light in you; that is you. Dear ones, you are all so powerful and strong. You can do anything you want to. Go in peace and love. I am Metatron.

Do you know what you truly want?

Dear ones, I come to you at a time of solitude and reflection. You need to turn your thoughts to what it is you now want from your life. It is indeed a time for reflection. For mankind is undergoing phenomenal changes in the way you live, think and respond to each other. These are exciting times; not fearful and uncertain as it may outwardly seem.

We ask you to seize this moment of calm and reflection to think back to who you truly are; what you think your purpose is on this planet; why you think you are here. Do not be afraid for you are children of God. You are special because you have chosen to be here during momentous times. Feel the new energies around you. Welcome them in with open hearts. Instead of worrying about the future and giving into all the doom you hear in your media, ask yourself what you can be doing for your happiness right now. What is it that your heart truly desires? Do you even know what you want to make you happy? That elusive remedy that will make everything alright. Well, we will gladly support you but beloved children, you must first have crystal clear intentions about what you truly want; not what you think you want.

Once you have decided, then it is easy. Believe in your goals and ambitions; imagine them to be already yours. Call on us, the Archaeons, to support you. We will be there for you. Have faith in yourself and your goals. Have faith in us. Then wait to see the changes begin to happen for you. Do not waver in your belief and certainty. Try it. Keep doing it and see what happens. For some of you, this will be a test of how badly you want to achieve your goals, and how hard you are willing to believe in yourself. For you see, by believing, you immediately start the process for your goals to become actual and come to fruition. The universe hears you.

So, we urge you to use this time of reflection and solitude to ask for your true desires and be committed to truly wanting them. Believe in the power of You to make your dreams come true. You all have the light within you to do anything you choose to. Know this power and use it for your higher good now. Do not be fearful or question whether happiness will ever be yours. Do not feel that you are undeserving of happiness. Know that happiness comes from love; open your hearts to love and learn to love yourself, your family, your environment, all that is around you. Be loving and you will become loved. You will be surprised by just how happy this make you. Blessings.

You all carry a piece of God's light within you

Is it right to struggle so against your own instincts and what you know to be true? This is common to mankind since history began. You have always been stubborn, inquisitive, go-getting. Mankind is beautiful and destructive at the same time. Your egos get in the way of most of what you do or try to achieve.

Ego is that which is stubborn, dark and unbending. Ego is your downfall. Yet you believe so much in your own ego. Imagine putting that same self belief in the light. Then you would flourish and shine before us, before God. Dear ones, ego was given to you to teach you the lessons you all signed up for. Do not let it rule life. Do not let it become your be-all and end-all. See beyond the ego and you will see us, and the light that shines within you.

It makes us so happy to see you have these moments of epiphany. When you suddenly become aware of your higher self and the light that resides within you. For dear ones, this is the light of the universe that you carry. Yet your ego stops you from seeing it and recognising it. "Why would it happen to me - nothing good ever happens to me! I'm never that lucky. That kind of thing only happens to other people." Sound familiar? Well, this is your ego telling you how useless you are.

Beloved children, walk past the ego and spend a little time with the light within you. Then you will see and feel its brightness; you will become enfolded in its love and compassion; you will wake up to us, to that amazing light-bearing being that each and everyone of you is. Walk past fear, ego, negativity. Do not give these any further power by acknowledging them. Focus on you and your strengths. Be kind to yourself. Show love, gratitude and compassion to yourself. For you deserve it and have a duty to honour yourself. We know it is not easy. We know you struggle every day against those who rubbish you; against your own self perception and the negativity that you have carried with you all your life, and what you have also brought with you from the past.

Yet, you can set yourself free by embracing the goodness and love within you. Dear ones, you are worthy, you are loved, you are special. It makes us so proud to see you awakening to your inner light. We admire you for enduring so much to get this far. Beloved children, know that I, Metatron, reside within the light that you see and are part of. You all carry a piece of God's light within you. Do not lose it again. Embrace the light dear ones. I send you love and light. There is nothing fear. I am Metatron.

Dear Ones, I come to you at a time when the hearts of mankind are heavy with fear and worry. Indeed, changes come to you. Changes that will make you sit up and think about why and how you do things. You see uncertainty around you and ahead of you. Yet, these are exciting times. Look within you and see what nestles there. See how your higher soul communicates with you and listen to that voice which you normally ignore or push past you.

For this is a time of change and when you can fully open up your true potential. For some of you, challenges and life changing events lie ahead. But from these events you will surface and rebuild your lives, your values, your whole reason for being here. It has begun for many of you already. The false prophets who have been around you begin to exit and dwindle. There is hope again in your lives like a refreshing new wind that caresses your cheek and then goes onto its journey. Dear ones, your journey is here. Climb aboard and enjoy the ride!

Many of you will awaken to new ways of thinking. You will question why and not be so trusting of your governments and financial institutions. You will realise that the love and life you had before you became a work horse will return again. You will remember to love and laugh again; to share with your friends, family and neighbours; to listen and act on your instincts. You feel freer, lighter, brighter. Learn to forgive yourselves, and release the fear and worries that are your blockages. Know always that we guard you and surround you with our love and light.
